- Possess in depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos to the customers and answer questions about the product and services of our company.
- Sell products or services to potential customers and negotiate sales terms.
- Visit potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Meet our company’s sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new clients.
- Maintain client records.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Execute marketing strategies, market research, public relations and deliver products and services to meet customer needs.
- Identify target customers and market.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Collect and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management.
