About Us:

Ease My Loan is an upcoming Home Loan Broker company based out of Sydney, Australia. J&T Associates Pvt. Ltd. is an extension and Back Office Provider for Ease My Loans. J&T Associates Pvt Ltd is a premier Outsourcing company in Nepal established in 2003.

The role will focus on providing support to the sales team and the mortgage broker.

This position will suit you if you have great sales, organization, management, and communication abilities, combined with previous experience in sales in a service-oriented industry. You need to be self-directed and have problem-solving skills.

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Assisting internal Sales Team with and lodging loan applications.
  • Assisting with the collection of client information and documentation required for the loan application.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is received and missing information is obtained.
  • Managing the loan process and following up as required.
  • Review the viability of the application from the information provided by the Mortgage Broker
  • Drafting and managing internal and external communications.
  • Providing administrative assistance to other teams where requested.
  • CRM data entry and notes taking.
  • Maintaining necessary records of communications with internal and external parties relating to each enquiry, which includes but is not limited to emails, calls recording and online chat transcript.
  • Archiving documents and files and retrieving them when requested.
  • Ad hoc operational tasks as required.
  • Checking supporting documents to ensure all information is accurate
  • Submitting loan applications and managing through to settlement
  • Data Entry
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships, building trust and confidence with the Mortgage Brokers
  • All general office duties to support broker and senior team members

Qualifications & experience

  • Proactive, tenacious, and adaptable
  • High level of problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized and responsible, with strong attention to detail
  • High level of multi-tasking skills and capacity to work under pressure
  • A high degree of ethical standards
  • Ability to learn knowledge and skills quickly
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
  • At least 1 year of finance, accounting, or real estate experience, preferably with experience.
  • Educational background in accounting or finance is highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in written) in English.

  • Time - 6 am to 2 pm
