About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Sales supervisors to join our team at Selected cities of Nepal. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, high energy and a clientele following. Exceptional customer service skills are a must with experience in the sales industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards used for sales monitoring purpose,
  • Proper understanding of the KPIs assigned
  • Review Regional Sales performance on a weekly basis
  • Ensure necessary activities are carried out during road shows/ new campaigns as announced by the company.
  • Ensure candidates understands about the New Product, if any, launched by the company and properly train people in Regional team/ Distributor team.

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the sales industry.
  • The ability to analyse reports and think of effective market strategy for the sale.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft package and have exceptional communication skills, time management & analysis skills.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management field preferred)
  • Must have own motor bike
  • Must have own smart phone and a laptop (allowance for own laptop will be given)
