Trainees selection criteria

- Graduate in any Business Discipline (Business Studies/Marketing/Administration/HR)

- Willingness to complete an Online Training Certificate (Online training will be paid for by the company)

- Must be available for training for one month (training starts from 7 am to 12 pm - Monday - Friday)

- After completion of the training based on your performance and if you meet the experience required we will be offering a full-time position, as below.

What we offer

  • Work just 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Work 8 hours per day between 6am and 2pm
  • Generous Base Salary of Rs.60,000 per month
  • Commission & Bonuses of Rs.140,000 per month based on your job performance

Your responsibilities

  • Source, interview and professionally prepare Australian candidates to achieve their internship and job placements in Australian companies
  • Establish, maintain and develop new relationships with Australian companies to achieve internship and job placements now and in the future
  • Promote our program benefits to the candidates to sign them up and then promote them to potential employers to achieve placements
  • Make at least 30 telephone calls per day
  • Post job advertisements in our website and other job portals
  • Send emails to potential customers and follow up with phone calls and email
  • Work closely with our business development team to achieve monthly placement targets.

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • A “go-getter” attitude who does not take “no” for an answer
  • Confidence and intelligence required to speak with executive decision makers
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or call centre is preferred
  • At least two years’ experience in a sales or recruitment consultant role
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets with desire to succeed
  • The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
