Our client is a renowned Construction company in Sydney, Australia.

Location/Timing

  • Virtual from our Kathmandu Office – Thapathali
  • 6 am to 2 pm – Nepal Time

Your responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Answering all phone and email enquiries in a polite and helpful manner
  • Customer Service to both internal and external customers
  • Setting up meetings for clients
  • Booking in site inspections
  • Booking in trades for onsite
  • Assisting the site supervisor/builder
  • Scheduling jobs/uploading photos of the job progress via a software system called Co-Construct.
  • Customer enquiries via phone, email & instal messages (What’s app etc)
  • Assisting with other administration duties

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • Proven experience in an office/administration role within the construction industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
  • A high level of attention to detail with excellent time management and strong organisation skills
  • Proficient with technology and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work co-operatievly within a team environment
  • Excellent initiative and problem solving ability
  • Willingness to learn
  • At least two years’ experience working in admin
  • The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
