Your responsibilities

  • Management of Existing Rental properties
  • Reconciliation, keeping record via dedicated rental management software.
  • Liaison and communicate with landlords on a regular basis, proactively solving the issues, maintenance and complaint handlings.
  • Able to reconcile, manage and maintain Company Trust accounts.
  • Effectively, manage, communicate and solve issues arising for tenants on those managed properties.
  • Be proactive, prepare, negotiate, list, advertise and open inspection to those properties.
  • Seek and identify the opportunities where applicable to sell the property and pass referral to sales agents.
  • Able to help landlord’s, tenant’s inquiry by providing requested documents to their financiers, accountants or any authorized requesters.
  • Ensure to regularly inspect the managed properties. Record and keep compliance related documents such as an example but not limited to lease agreements, condition reports, smoke alarm inspections, etc.
  • Be involved in fixing the problem and attend tribunal for witness purposes where applicable representing office and landlords.
  • Educate landlords, with new policies and update and enhance product features like landlord insurance.
  • Communicate, manage photographers, handyman, repair person and other stakeholders where required to

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • At least two years’ experience working in a real estate environment
  • The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
