JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programs
  • Handle telephone queries, attend visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and printers
  • Responsible for visiting different offices for submitting and collecting company proposals, invoices and other works.
JOB SPECIFICATION
  • Proficient in MS word and excel.
  • Two wheeler license holder.
  • Ability to Work Under pressure.
