JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU.
  • Manage and enhance relationships between the company and its clients.
  • Provide support services to the existing client base while ensuring high usage and renewal of Sparrow SMS products/services.
  • Coordinate with Inbound Marketing team for activities related to events, campaigns and social media content related to both Sparrow and its clients.
  • Plan for better user experience for clients.
JOB SPECIFICATION
  • At least one year experience in similar field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)
  • Excellent team player
  • Good at taking new initiative
  • Positive attitude and high zeal to learn
  • Cheerful personality
  • Core knowledge of B2B and B2C business
  • Two wheeler license holder preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
    • Bachelor’s Degree in management preferably with specialization in Marketing.
