Customer Service Representative – Courier

One of our Multi national client is looking to hire few Customer Service Representatives as an outsourced staff

Experience Needed:1 to 2 years

Vacancies:2 open position

In addition to the above, you will have:

  • Bachelor degree completed
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service Role or telemarketing or call centre role
  • Demonstrated MS Excel knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good Spoken English
