Sales Executive for a Loyalty Program

J & T Associates is looking to hire a few Sales Executive for its clients to manage a Loyalty Program for a Hotel based in Kathmandu

Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Hotel Management and J & T Management, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Loyalty Program Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound phone calls for membership sale
  • Be responsible for the effective running of the Loyalty Program
  • Coordinates with Front Office, Fitness Centre, F&B outlets etc to source out leads for the membership
  • Communicates relevant information and special requirements to all departments to ensure the expectations of all loyalty member are exceeded
  • Liaises with all key departments to gather the correct information and preference from Guests and ensures profiles are updated accordingly
  • End to end project management of loyalty program operations, including campaigns, competitions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Daily, weekly and monthly report and analysis generation
  • Creating and managing social media campaigns to drive awareness and reach

About you

  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales & Customer Service skills preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to build rapport – you need to be comfortable to pick up the phone and have a chat
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Microsoft Office Skills, Word and Excel
  • A track record of being on time with reporting, schedule updates and other governance requirements
  • Preference will be given to person having their own two-wheeler
