PHASE Nepal is a not for profit NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to supporting poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 11 years PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education and Livelihoods improvement programs in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha and Sindhupalchok districts. Currently, PHASE Nepal’s projects health, education, livelihoods and reconstruction are funded by number of institutional and individual donors from different countries. Currently, PHASE has over 140 staff working for different projects. PHASE Nepal is currently in need of the following staff member.

1. Information Management and Livelihood Officer – 1 (Sindhupalchowk)

  • Basic salary and Benefits: NRS 44,970 per month (basic starting salary scale) plus 10% provident fund after three months of the probation period, one month’s salary as a festival bonus after working for a year plus medical facility and insurance.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Should have completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Management or Agriculture with minimum 2 years of substantial experience in information management and livelihood. Must have good command in report writing and communication skill, should have fluency in both English and Nepali language. S/he must have excellent computer knowledge (Office packages).

2. ANM – Few

Qualification and Experiences:

  • At least ANM passed with 2 years’ working experience in community health programs. (Candidates who have worked independently in government sub-health-posts or independently running sub-health post are given high priority.)

SALARY: NPR. 20,000- 30,000 /- per month

3. Civil Overseer – Few (Sindhupalchowk)

Salary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000 /- per month

Qualification & Experience:

  • Should have passed Overseer in Civil with two years’ of work experience in building site supervision.

4. Trainee ANM – Few
Salary: NPR. 10,000 -20,000 /- per month

Qualification and Experience:

  • Should have passed ANM course with a minimum of one year of experience.
