Talent Acquisition Specialist

What we offer

• Work just 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Your responsibilities

• Source, interview and professionally prepare Australian candidates to achieve their internship and job placements in Australian companies
• Establish, maintain and develop new relationships with Australian companies to achieve internship and job placements now and in the future
• Headhunt to recruit IT professionals, accountants, and engineers for our multinational clients
• Promote our program benefits to the candidates to sign them up and then promote them to potential employers to achieve placements
• Make at least 30 telephone calls per day
• Post job advertisements in our website and other job portals
• Send emails to potential customers and follow up with phone calls and email
• Work closely with our business development team to achieve monthly placement targets.

To be successful in the role, you must have

• A “go-getter” attitude who does not take “no” for an answer
• Confidence and intelligence required to speak with executive decision makers
• Previous experience in telemarketing or call centre is preferred
• At least two years’ experience in a sales or recruitment consultant role
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets with desire to succeed
• The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
• Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
• Outstanding spoken and written English
• At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Monthly Salary and Incentive in Australian dollars

• Base Gross Salary of Rs.60,000 and incentives based on your job performance.
• Incentives ranging from A$160 to A$180 per internship placement
• Incentives ranging from A$300 to A$1,500 per job placement
• A bonus will be paid on top of the commission based on your job performance.

Monthly Target

• A$15,000 in billing amount
• Minimum 4 internship placements
• Minimum 2 job placements

You will be working in our offices located in Thapathali, Kathmandu. You will be provided the necessary trainings to help you become productive and achieve allocated sales targets ASAP. You will work in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Specialists based in Australia for mutual success.
