Your responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain and develop new relationships with Australian companies to achieve job placements now and in the future
  • Make at least 100 telephone calls per day and speak to at least 25 decision makers
  • Source and interview suitable candidates for the job order
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Send emails to potential customers and follow up with phone calls and email
  • Work closely with our business development team to achieve monthly placement targets.

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • A “go-getter” attitude who does not take “no” for an answer
  • Confidence and intelligence required to speak with executive decision makers
  • At least a year’s experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets with desire to succeed
  • The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, Outlook , LinkedIn and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • A degree in business/IT is preferred
